Nexabot provides automated foreign exchange (FX) trading software designed to execute trades on behalf of users. Our platform connects to supported brokers and prop firms via MetaTrader 5 to facilitate algorithmic trading strategies. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes and to assist users in their trading activities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our Service. By using Nexabot, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding trading and financial services.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Access to Nexabot requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Nexabot are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) share account credentials with third parties; (d) redistribute or resell the Service; (e) use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure; (f) engage in any activity that interferes with other users' use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexabot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Past performance of the trading algorithms does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
